The eScholarship Research Centre (ESRC) was established at the University of Melbourne in 2007. The Centre operates as a research and consultancy centre in the areas of archival science and social and cultural informatics. In 2012, the eScholarship Research Centre became a founding partner in the Building Futures for Young Australians at Risk project.
